  This is my favorite Starbucks for the last 3 years and I live in Elk grove. Their customer service is always superb. Keilee obviously has a solid relationship with her team as the all work together seamlessly . She also makes it her priority to get to know each one of her customers and engages with everyone! With the changes that have occured within Starbucks training (obvious observation from other store experiences) Keilee hasnt missed a beat! I drive 45 min to work and pass at least 10 stores to get to this one. The store is always spotless despite the heavy traffic. One the most important things to me as a consumer is consistency... With a solid product and excellent service, this store gets an A+.

  This is my favorite Starbucks in this area! Typically it's fast and accurate! The Baristas here are super friendly and very helpful! And the customers are also friendly! I've had more free drinks bought for me in this drive-thru line than any other Starbucks! Pay it forward!

  OK, much to my pocket books dismay I go here almost everyday. They know my name they are fast and very pleasant. I love this place!
